PAYMENT METHOD

We only accept: Square/ Stripe

We don't accept PayPal, but Square is as simple as us grabbing your email address and then sending the invoice there. The invoice will show you how to pay via a card (most common debit and credit cards should be accepted as well as now Cashapp), no account is needed!

General

[ You can contact me on other social media but response times may be slower ]

★ Please ensure you have all of the relevant information for the commission (ref sheets e.t.c.) and that you have permission to use the characters provided.

If no clear ref is provided an extra fee will apply for the extra time.

★ For WIPs, I'll show a sketch of the piece (this does not include YCH's), but if you'd like the piece to look a very specific way and like to see every stage of the piece you can pay 10% extra on top of the price given to overlook each step of the commission

★ If you're unsatisfied in any way I'd be willing to do small fixes for free but major ones or excessive changes will incur a fee as you were shown the sketch (for non YCH comms).

★ Please don't use my art for commercial purposes without asking me first, if you plan to do so please contact me and we could discuss a possible deal (You give me a cut of profits e.t.c). You are allowed to make one-off items for personal use without having to ask.

★ Do not use my art in any NFTs or AI generation. This includes any AI editing/ modifying.

★ I post most commissions that I make, if you would like to keep the piece private, please let me know! I'd me more than happy to not post.

★ Please refrain from inquiring for a commission then ghosting and leaving me hanging. If you cannot go through with a commission, please notify me as soon as possible. I am uderstanding if you provide a reason and explain that you can't go through with it.

I work on a 3 strike system. 3 times this happens and you will be blacklisted.

If you are found to be in violation of any of my TOS you will be banned from any art opportunities with me. This includes art commissions, art trades and free art chances.

Payment

★ All payments through Square (or Kofi if specified). Please do not send payment for a discussed commission unless I agree upon it otherwise this will be considered a donation. (Automatic commissions do not count, like the ones through Kofi).

★ Payments can be split among people.

★ Full payment upfront, if it's a bigger commission I may be open to a short payment plan but I won't be fully finishing the commission until full payment is received.
(I'll work to the amount paid)

Any unfair chargebacks made will result in a beware and blacklist, I will tell other artists to not work with you. Fair warning..

Turnaround time

★ Turnaround time: I work on a queue basis and consistently have commissions coming in. If you would like commissions quicker I do have a Kofi membership that allows you to jump my queue.

★ Please do not constantly ask for updates, asking every now and then is okay but asking often slows my progress down and stresses me out a bit.

★ On average my queue wait times vary from a month to a month and a half. This can vary and be quicker or longer depending on factors such as life events and needing breaks.

★ When I reach the commission itself on the queue; it can range from a day to a week for me to complete the commission itself.

★ As mentioned above I only work to what I am paid to. Completion will be pushed back until I receive full payment.

Please be mindful that I am a married man and I don't work 24/7. I need time with my husband, friends and family and even for myself. I work most days but do take some days off too.

Refunds and cancellation

★ I hold the right to cancel the commission if a client harasses me or I feel uncomfortable, depending on the stage the art has been completed, in this case a full refund or partial refund (to cover the work I had already completed) will be given.

If a client wants to cancel the commission
★ If you are on the queue and I have not started your commission:

- If it has been a week I can provide a 95% refund.
- If it has been past a week I will only refund 75% of the comm.

[ This policy is in place as artists are not banks, and rely on income to put food on the table. Cancelling a commission on the whim can impact our ability to pay bills and put food on the table, the refund amount can be at my discretion depending on circumstances ]

The above policy does not include cases in which I, the artist cancels the commission on my terms. A full refund would be given unless work has been started and the value of completed work will be taken off the refund for the commission.

★ NO refunds after the commission is complete. If a false chargeback is made, you will be blocked and blacklisted and the artwork will be repurposed.)

Quick extra Info

★ I love artistic freedom pieces!

★ Simple clothing and props can be free but if detailed will be extra

★ If you have a Birthday/ anniversary deadline, in some cases I may be able to finish in time, but a rush fee may apply if it's tight. Please ask.

★ Kofi members get access to openings first for any thing, especially custom and YCH pieces. Mouse boy supporters can get to the top of the queue (this is at my discretion as some time based comms may need to be completed first, this is to prevent overuse)
